£45 entry into cuisine non refundable. No payment no entry.

Entry fee may increase for special events/guests or Michelin Star chef appearances. This will be showcased on our website whenever this applies otherwise the standard is £45 entry. 

Upon entry you are welcomed with a light complimentary beverage; alcoholic & non alcoholic options present.

TIMEKEEPING & PUNCTUALITY-

Please arrive in line with your reservation. Late arrival may reduce your time in our establishment if it clashes with any later bookings at your table.

ENTRY VALIDITY- Entry for 23 years and older. No children allowed. Valid ID is required for entry.

DRESS CODE- Smart/casual. Come as you are. If you are coming casual come put together as a standard.

Possessions- No weapons, other hazardous items, cigarettes, vapes, litter, drinks or food allowed on entry. Searches may be conducted on entry to maintain your safety aswell as the safety of our establishment, on the contrary we do endeavour to maintain your privacy where possible.

STRICT NO LITTERING POLICY. Ensure you dispose of litter before making an entry otherwise use our bins in the restroom areas.

(Reservations are for our cuisine/food only. Walk Ins for the bar and seating are allowed. If you are eating with us make a reservation from our Homepage if you have not already.)

ORDERING CUISINE-

Order cuisine and reserve a table online before arrival at least 72hrs before expected arrival. Attempting to make a reservation and order cuisine within 72hrs of arrival time based on your desired booking date may not be accepted. Best practise is to reserve a table in advance, 72hrs away from your booking date at latest. 

Do not order cuisine online without a confirmed reservation and table number from us and do not attempt to order cuisine in our establishment.

Cuisine needs to be ordered in advance online only after your table is confirmed by us via email after making your reservation. If you order cuisine before making a reservation or before receiving your table number and table confirmation from us, your cuisine order will be cancelled and only 70% of your total order amount/whatever amount you paid online will be refunded back to your payment. We keep 30% of payment non refundable. It is paramount you follow our reservation instructions. Always make your reservation first then wait for our email response confirming it along with your table number. Once you have this you may then begin ordering for everyone on your table or you may each order for yourselves.


ADDITIONAL CUISINE ORDERS IN OUR ESTABLISHMENT OR WITHOUT RESERVATION-

If you would like to order additional food/cuisine in our establishment whether you have already made a reservation online or whether you are just in for drinks, ability to order cuisine will be dependent on food available in eaterie according to chef. We prepare ingredients in advance for each night hence our cuisine reservations online so we are aware of how many people will be dining and can accommodate accordingly. This allows for your dishes to be served in good time upon your arrival, eradicating the caution of cold food; it also helps prevent food wastage as we typically only order enough to prepare for each night’s orders.

Without making a cuisine reservation and ordering from our menu online before arrival you will only be able to order drinks at the bar; food/cuisine availability will depend on the chef.

 

EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS-

No exchanges are permitted once you have ordered and purchased your cuisine online. We will not modify your order so order with precision and clarity. Contact us first if you need assistance ordering before making your online payment.

All no shows (paid cuisine reservation bookings that you/guests do not show up for) & cancellations before or on arrival to establishment are 70% refundable to you; we keep 30% of your total order cost/whatever amount you paid. Cancellations/no shows on your part mean you will only receive 70% of your order payment back. If we have to cancel your reservation for an unprecedented reason you will be refunded entirely.

If you order cuisine before making a reservation or before receiving your table number and table confirmation from us, your cuisine order will be cancelled and only 70% of your total order amount/whatever amount you paid online will be refunded back to your payment. We keep 30% of payment non refundable.

 

ORDERING REFRESHMENTS/BEVERAGES-

Walk Ins are allowed only for access to our beverage facility and seating. Cuisine will not be available for ordering unless there is availability depending on the chef. The standard £45 entry fee still applies for Walk Ins even without cuisine orders and reservations. 

Drinks/beverages may be ordered at the bar unlimited; drinks cannot be ordered in advance online. We display our selections online so you are aware of your options prior to your arrival. Refreshments & beverages are only available in person at the bar after presenting valid ID and paying entry at the door. 


DYNASTY FEAST BY HOTAKI-

‘Dynasty Feast’ cuisine is intended for parties of 5 or less. 6 persons may be permitted; more than 6 you will need to contact us when making your reservation so we may make amendments to food quantities to ensure every person is catered for. If our portion quantities do not accommodate your entire party if 6 or more persons we may advise you order extra dishes separately to ensure every attendee is content.

RESERVATIONS PROCESS-

-Complete our reservations form; ensure you leave your accurate contact details alongside your preferred reservation date, time, number of attendees and additional amenities you may desire. 

-Await our response via email. This may take as long as 1 week in some cases sooner, so we advise you reserve a table well in advance to avoid disappointment in the event our booking team does not approve your reservation in time. 

-If your reservation is not approved you will be notified of our unavailability/rejection and either presented alternate options or asked to rebook. You may decide what you wish to do going forward at this point. DO NOT begin ordering from our cuisine menu in these instances as this means your reservation has not yet been approved. 

If your reservation is approved by us you will be notified by us via email with approval confirmation and you will be provided with your table number. Once you have your table number you may begin ordering your cuisine from our menu online; you can order on behalf of all of your guests so all of your dishes are in one order, or you can order your own dishes and share your table number with your guests so they can order their dishes for themselves.

 Please note that all guests ordering cuisine for your table need to select the same table number and reservation date per item in their order so our kitchen staff can allocate the correct dishes to the correct table upon your group arrival.
All guests need to make their cuisine orders online for your reservation at least 72hrs before your reservation date/arrival. Any guests who fail to order by the deadline may mean dishes may be sold out for your reservation date and any late orders made may be cancelled by us. To avoid this ensure every guest attending has ordered/purchased their cuisine choices at least 72hrs before your reservation date/arrival.

-Arrive in line with your reservation. Contact us in the meantime via our direct email stated above if needed. 

NOTE: Please refrain from making multiple reservation requests. Do not select ‘submit’ until you are sure you have provided the necessary information otherwise your reservation requests may be rejected and you may have to contact us directly to get a booking.
